Is here anybody can help me to integrate "sign up" and "sign in" process of
vBulletin and Mdpro? (I want if someone "sign up" and "sign in" in my Mdpro website
Automatically "sign up" and "sign in" in vBulletin)

It's been done at http://www.maxdevitalia.com however it's certainly not a straight forward job, so you will have to pay someone to develop the integration for you if you're not capable.
You could send an private message to TiMAX as he integrated vB at the Italian site and ask him how much he'd charge to do it for your site
