MDPro bugs, suggestions, ideas - MDLite MySQL Table Creation?

I've noticed that when I'm installing new modules, it doesn't seem to be loading the tables into the database properly. The modules area lists the following modules as being active:

Quote:
AddStory
Admin
Autorender
Blocks
chat
Errore
GoogleMap
MDForum
MDMenus
MDUsers
Members_List
News
Permissions
Search
Settings
SiteInfo
Submit_News
Tinymax
Topics

However, looking in my database I'm only seeing the following modules:

Quote:

md_admin_lite_group
md_admin_lite_group_members
md_autonews
md_blocks
md_blocks_buttons md_googlemap_markers
md_groups md_group_membership
md_group_perms
md_hooks
md_mdmenus
md_modules
md_module_vars
md_queue
md_realms
md_session_info
md_stories
md_stories_cat
md_topics
md_userblocks
md_users
md_users_delrequest md_users_modrequest
md_user_data
md_user_perms
md_user_property

Any idea what could be going on? This has happened with multiple installs, and I recieved no errors on installation. As mentioned before, I'm running MDLite 1.080 on a fresh install, although this problem happened with 1.0791 as well.
Running: MySQL 5.0.16
PHP 4.4.2

Having the same problem here. Are we the only ones? I get the following error on any of the new modules I install:

Quote:
Database Error
Program: [webroot]/modules/Errore/pnuser.php - Line N.: 120
Database: wwwuser_intlexpat
Error (1064) : You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '' at line 1
