MDPro installation - Can't add new block in new installation

Post subject: Can't add new block in new installation

Tried to add a new block in a new installation of MDPro (1076) and get the error: "Block Load Failed".

I tried changing permissions on the block folder and file, but no luck...

MDPro 1.076 is too old and not longer supported, you must update
