The blank page from the admin screen is used as a security measure when a non-admin user tries to login. Please make sure you are logged in correctly as a admin user and cokkies are being accepted from your browser

HI PeteBest

I would like to agree with you but .... I am sure I used my Admin account to login.
I also try create a new account and login.

The other account does not show "Administration" on the menu, therefore, "normal user" can not have any access with admin.php unless type it by hand and maybe will happen as what you were describe.

So, my account is Admin account and I got a blank page with it.
Still cannot figure out why?

My other website at the moment is running correctly
such as cpgnuke -> http://sakura.hgic.net
or phpBB2 -> http://www.ccpn.biz

But my MDPro website still having lots trouble. --> http://www.hgic.net

Hi, Jamesko20

I also change the php.ini according the information from your link
but i still get the same blank page as photo showed above
Please help.

I was just double checking about the admin user. The main thing I was interested in was the cookies and that your browser was accepting them

Hi, PeteBest

So you think it's customer's browser issue that cost this??

This time, i also attached two photos.

first photo that proofs login without problem.
The red chinese letters shows taht it's a proof that administration shows on the left menu.

The black chinese letters shows the user login was ok and I can set user proference and so on.

Image

The second page shows that admin.php only work part of it.
As you can see with circle parts there are Site names and so on with default from database.

Please understand that I wasn't saying that was the problem for sure. Remember that I'm working blind, I have no idea about your setup, all I can do is give suggestions as to what I think the problem could be. In this case it looked like a cookie issue, doesn't look like it is, but that problem looks exactly the same as your one. So I wasn't asking you to prove it was working, I was merely giving suggestions as to how you could get it working

Please add those changes to your .htaccess or turn on all php error reporting if it's your box to try to find the problem

Still just more suggestions I'm afraid, in any order you want, give the following a go

1. Delete your install and reupload the basic 1.0.6 in english with no extra language files or modules added

2. Check your php/apache error logs

3. View source when you've gone into the hung admin page as it may give some clues where it stopped

4. Try a direct link to a admin page, like http://yoursite.com/admin.php?module=NS ... type=admin

5. Check in your DB inside md_modules and make sure that pn_state of the admin module is set to 3

6. Post your server setup and a link to your phpinfo if all of the above are no good

It certainly looks like a problem with ns-admin themes. Polarbear, have you tried the solutions posted by timax, and those in the link i provided, in your other thread on this issue?

somehow this is not working for ver1.06 on my server.
(i also install v1.06 under different directory and database but same server)
