I'm worried that my MD-Pro (v1.0.76) database is growing too big. I just received a notice, from my host, that the database exceeded its 40MB quota (its been running for almost two years).
QUESTIONS:
1) Should I be worried?
2) Is there some kind of maintenance I should be performing? If so, what is the procedure?
Thank you for your valuable time and energy,

Most of web hosting company provide a phpMyAdmin tool. You can use this tool to maintain your mysql db. Empty your _session_info table, and optimize the db. It will reduce and compact your db. and create a backup then.
It is recommended to upgrade your MDPro to the latest version.
Thank you for your reply. I emptied the session_info table and it brought the size right down. I have not, however, been able to locate the tool for optimization in phpMyAdmin (v2.92).
Could you point me to the location of the optimization tool?
