| Post subject: Free Webspace to host MD on? |
Wondering if you guys know any free servers that are good with MD.. namely, that supports php and gives you a database. (Or, you can get a database at FreeSql.org and just find one that has php). Also... a server that would also have no ads?
So its: free, php, sql, no ads. Simple right?
I've only found one, awardspace.com. But are there any others? |

I strongly recommend you pay for your hosting! Free webspace may be OK for a few little bits of HTML, but I entirely expect you to run into lots of problems from using a free host. In my opinion, you get what you pay for in hosting, so don't expect a good service if you're paying nothing |

There is a danish one i use a bit for testing. www.frac.dk Makes sure you delete the .wav, .mp3 and zip files if you choose that one. It gets shut down 24 hours if you don`t, and banned if you don`t remove them inside those hours.
However i agree with PeteBest on this one. I`d rather find a low priced one instead of a free one. With a low priced one you can complain and can get support. There`s alot of cheap ones. Read about them around the net before choosing.  |
