Tallied? I can`t find this in the cambridge or my eng-nor translation site. Never heard it or read it before either. What does it mean?

example: they tallied up the votes -- they counted the votes
I'll look to see in what contex they use reciprocal in that file...
it could mean opposite... in could mean exchange

Example:
If I let you put a link on my site pointing to your site,
It would be nice if you put a link pointing to my site on your site.
