Post subject: MDForum Multiblock Changes

on www.jinanlive.com, on the front page, you'll see the normal forum latest posts, and down below is the Classifieds latest posts. Both are running off of MDForum now, as I simply couldn't be bothered to fix PN_Zclassifieds to fit the new MySQL.

However, on the classifieds, I want to remove both the (0) and the Latest Post image without removing it from the top. I don't need these here, as I've disabled replies on the Classifieds section. I tried copying & renaming MultiBlock.php to MultiClass.php and removing it that way. MDPro, however, doesn't see it as a different block, and instead, "New Block" gives me a blank page. That won't work.

Is there any other way I can edit Multiblock, either renaming it or using the existing to have two different appearances on the front page?

Are you talking about MySQL 5.0?

PN_Zclassifieds has got some problems with MySQL 5.0, you must modify the name of some tables because PN_Zclassifieds use the word condition and this word is reserved for MySQL 5.0. : look here http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.1/en/ ... words.html

In Italian forum some users resolved renaming the table condition in ad_condition, look here but it is in italian http://www.maxdevitalia.com/MDForum-vie ... fieds.html

I made a fast test and it works with MySQL 5.0.

I'm exactly talking about the Mysql 5.0.

I ran it through Google Translate to read it, but I think that's for zClassifieds, and not PN_zClassifieds 2.1. I also tried the ad_condition trick listed on the Technivore website. I have a post about it over here. it's basically a copy of everything that's been said on the Technivore website. That site, I believe, is pretty much dead now. No help there. But if anyone on the Italian site has a fix for it, or perhaps edited versions of the files that need to be changed, I'd be happy to take them, use them and even provide a mirror download for them for others to be able to fix their problems as well.

In regards to the MultiBlock.php file, I'd still like to know how to alter that so I could use more than one version of it.
