Post subject: Administer Users - permissions syntax
i'm trying to give my managing editors Admin access to the Administer Users sub-heading under Members heading. i tried "Users::|" and "NS-User::|" already to no avail.
what is the proper syntax for that particular module (i need them to be able to add users)?

and i still can't get the User Administration graphic and link to show up in the menu for the Managing Editors. Ti's above link is good for explaining how permissions work, but i need the exact syntax for the User Administration link in the MEMBERS heading of the Admin menu...if anyone has it.
