Post subject: What happened to cmsMerchant?

I've inherited a cmsMerchant powered website. We need to move servers. Unfortunately, the company appears to be no longer around so we can't run cmsMerchant on the new site due to an ionCube loader IP address restriction.

What can we do about this?

Thanks,

Cory

I don't know, but I think that all the restrictions are based on domain name and not on the ip adress.

I'm not directly in contact with CMSMerchant staff, so I can't say what happened ...

You're right; I found out last night that it is tied to domain name, though ioncube was giving me an error saying that the new server's IP address was not permissioned for it. So, why does maxdev.com still link to cmsMerchant? That seems kind of weird. Are MaxDev and MDPro still alive and kicking?
