Located a bug in the current MDForum_2.07.tar
In MDForum/includes/page_header.php on line 275
md_phpbb_users is hard coded.

I ran into this because I changed the prefix of my table names on install when installing to my new servers.

This hard coded value does not reference the $prefix notation used elsewhere in the code.
