I have removed powered by Mdpro text in the footer but I have added Maxdev link in the footer.
I have also explained in about module that this site is running on Mdpro.
The reason that I have done this is becouse the footer text doesn't fit in my presonal css stylesheet.

Regarding your question: is possible, perhaps is better if you write "CMS MDPro" or "CMS maxdev"
Because your link maxdev.com it is confused with to the others links.
