We have notice about "some persons" who are sending some blackmails, we are investigating with the collaboration of the competent authorities. We think that is not nice and in some cases illegal, we ask you to help us with our investigation, so if you have received email where someone ask you money to reveal you bug in your site, if your home page was defaced and someone asks you to contact him to receive other info's about this defacement, please contact us to security@maxdev.com and send greater possible information to us. Sure, be sure to have last version installed, and/or if you have old version installed, this is a good reminder to you about urgent upgrade

We just opened new Areafiles section, ex Downloads section, it is based on new module Areafiles, converted, modified, whit new functions version of Downloads module of Sascha Jost - www.cmods-dev.de, we're working to release this module soon to our MDBoosters. We moved all old modules, blocks, not compatibles or untested with MDPro 1.08x into Archive category, then later we plan to add new downloads compatible with MDPro 1.08x in "Modules for MDPro " category.

 In MaxDev we have considered seriously that documentations are the important parts for MD community as users or developers. Are you ready for the MDLite? We are almost ready. We are refining the last details, and in the next few days the RC version will be released. We are working hard, not only for the MDLite but also around many other things, and in the next weeks you will have several surprises:) In this article, I'd like to discuss a new initiative of our our non-profit association, GPLdev. Initially, we asked ourselves how we could make the best use of the money received from the donations of our associates. Obviously, the association must pay its own expenses, including the costs of accountants, notaries, domain registrations, server expenses, etc. However, there is still some money remaining. We have therefore determined the best use for these remaining funds is to re-invest this money into the community and improve it.
