Finally! We have just released the MAXdev 1.083 version! The first thing we need to advise you is that we have now replaced the MD-Pro name with a coherent new name called MAXdev.

Of recent times, we have received a lot of questions asking why it has taken us so long to release a New Version, the fact is, currently we're working on two branch version simultaneously, these are the 1.xx series and 2.xx series. To be quite honest, this is a big task to achieve considering it is being done in our own spare time! but who's winging !. From a positive perspective, all MAXdev Developers are using this product for our own projects allowing us to improve it as we go and naturally making it stable, with less of bugs, clean codes and maintain the compatibility with the old modules well this is our priority after all.

MDPro 1.083 release candidate is ready to test.

This new version doesn't include new functions, it include some security bug fixed, some languages fix's, but most important some core modification to let new futures modules work with MDPro, very soon we will stat to release new modules and blocks.

MDPro 1.0821 is ready

With this version we've added some new functions, optimized MD performances and fixed some security issues.

• Waiting News, Links, Downloads functions revised
• Added waiting functions for MDCal, Areafiles
• Added possibility to modify News date

• Some MDMenus problems fixed
• Some Blokcs bugs fixed
• New content block, to show waiting content where you want in your site
• MDUsers module revised and updated
• Search module revised
• Revised and updated some bugs 
• Some security issues fixed

We have released only a complete package because we have modified several files, so to install/upgrade MDPro, download complete package, overwrite all files excluded /config files, then run install/upgrade procedure and follow install/upgrade istructions 

We invite all admins to update all sites ASAP, all version prior to MDPro 1.081 are now unsupported, in special mode MDPro 1.076, his code is now too old and unsecure, you must upgrade!

MDPro 1.081 is now ready to download. Special thanks to Pete and Oleg for their contributions.

In this package we've added all fixes, several optimizations to make MDPro faster and the Tinymax editor was revised. The Errore module was revised, some new functions were added, smarty core was updated and we fixed some bugs and made other optimisations to AddStory, Admin, Autorender, MDMenus, MDUsers, News, Submit_News modules, and we made some styles and javascript fixes.

The Install and upgrade procedures were revised and you can now install or upgrade from MDPro 1.076 or MDPro 1.080 with or without the Service Pack.

To upgrade from MDPro 1.080 with or without the Service Pack, you can download the complete package, or if you prefer, just the small update package.
Please read the update instructions carefully.
